


I am a new customer how do I get started?
If you are in one of the areas we deliver to please go ahead and browse for the things
you like and add them to your shopping basket. A separate window or tab will pop
up to show your shopping basket.
What areas do you deliver to?
Ely and the surrounding
villages and central and northern Cambridge. If in doubt please contact us.
When do you deliver?
We deliver to Cambridge on Thursday afternoon and to the Ely
area on Thursday evening.
How do I order?
If possible please order online using the Shopping pages. If you
have any difficulty with this please contact us.
When must I get my order in?
We need to have your order by 8 pm on Tuesday for delivery
on Thursday.
I do not want to order online, is there an alternative?
If you would rather order
by phone, give us a call and we will be very happy to take your order verbally.
Is VAT included in prices?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Is there a delivery charge?
No, prices include delivery.
What if I am out when you deliver?
If you cannot be at home when we deliver please
let us know where your order can be safely left.
How do I pay?
We prefer it if you can use online banking. The Greengage Produce
account details are at the foot of your online order. We also accept cheque or cash.
I want to pay using my online banking. What account should I pay into?

When asked if you want to identify your payment with a Payment Reference please do so by entering your postcode and the first 3 letters of your surname e.g. CB61RY-BET. This makes it easy for us to recognise your payment.
I order the same thing every week, can I give you a standing order?
Yes, please contact
us to discuss what will suit you best.
What if I am away on holiday for a week or two?
No problem - just let us know which
weeks you want to skip.
I order a standard veg box but hate broccoli - what can I do?
Use the message box
on the online order or ring to let us know.
What if I have ordered something & you are out of stock?
If we are unable to supply
an item you have ordered we will note it on your invoice and adjust the value on
your next order.
