Our own range of homemade jams, fruit chutneys and sauces made at home by Katie with fruit picked in our orchard and selected ingredients from local, fairtrade and ethical sources.
All the produce we supply is grown by Simon Steel of Mayfield Produce, Littleport. Simon has been using organic methods since 1998 and uses no chemical sprays on his crops. Boxes are packed to order on the farm and delivered fresh to your door each week.
The Completely Chilli range of sauces and jellies are made by Helen Coppen from chillies grown on her farm at Haddenham, near Ely. Add a kick to your cooking with these great local products.
Our eggs come from Westmoor House, a family run smallholding near Littleport. John and Lindsay Creek keep free-range hens in a spacious field and place great importance on using ethical and environmentally sympathetic methods.
The Porridge Oats and Flours we supply are made from locally grown grains milled in the traditional way by wind power at Fosters Mill, Swaffham Prior. Jonathan Cook who restored and owns the mill has recently been awarded Soil Association Certification for his organic flours.
